The UNION J2200 StrongBOLT BS 5 Lever Sashlock is a high-security mortice lock designed to provide exceptional protection for timber doors. Meeting the rigorous British Standard BS3621:2007, this sashlock is Secured by Design approved (Police Preferred Specification) and suitable for use on fire doors.
It features a 20mm deadbolt with a chamfered design, which significantly increases resistance to side load attacks and makes drilling more difficult. The lock is further protected by anti-pick, anti-saw, and anti-drill security features. Its radius inner forend and square faceplate ensure a neat, hassle-free installation, making it an ideal retro-fit for many existing UK mortice locks without the need for extensive carpentry.
